With the arrest of most of the OMACs, Brother Eye uses his last letter goes on all screens and TVs in the world recording the death of Maxwell Lord, pointing out to all mankind that meta-humans are a threat, creating chaos.
Day of Vengeance # 1-6

Dr. Psycho begins with the Catman trying to convince you to join the Society (managed by Luthor), he refuses and then when you kill the lion accepts the invitation of another group of villains. He secretly sent a letter to Oliver Queen (Green Arrow in the JLA). This group of villains is run by someone named Mockingbird, who can only see his eyes through a screen. It's called: The Secret Six, formed by Catman, Cheshire, Ragdoll, Scandal (daughter of Vandal Savage), Deadshot and Parademon. The Society is formed by: Lex Luthor, Talia, Deathstroke, Black Adam, Calculator and Dr. Psycho. Of the Secret Six, no one can leave the group because Mockingbird has threatened to kill their families. The first mission is to steal them a boatload of weapons in Gotham docks. The trail intersects with several villains to the order of the Society. Are captured and taken to torture you until you say who is Mockingbird. Teen Titans v3 Annual # 1
